Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA), PGDM, or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
- Conduct stakeholder consultations for identification and assessment of district development priorities.
- Analyze district-level data and identify KPIs for effective monitoring and evaluation.
- Study district socio-economic indicators and SDG District Indicator Framework to establish data-driven monitoring systems.
- Monitor project progress, outcomes, and achievement of predefined targets.
- Support preparation of dashboard requirements leveraging district socio-economic and SDG indicators.
- Assist in developing consolidated monitoring mechanisms covering fund flow and program performance.
- Monitor expenditure against approved Annual Action Plans and District Strategic Plans.
- Provide recommendations for rationalization and optimization of District Planning Committee schemes.
- Coordinate with district administration, government departments, and stakeholders.
- Facilitate achievement submissions against Disbursement Linked Indicators (DLIs).
- Track completion of deliverables as specified in the DLI matrix.
- Prepare periodic progress reports, review notes, and presentations.
- Support policy implementation, governance reforms, and institutional strengthening initiatives.
The District Lead cum Monitoring Evaluation Expert will be responsible for supporting district-level planning, monitoring, evaluation, and implementation of development initiatives. The role involves coordinating with government stakeholders, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), tracking project progress, supporting policy and reform initiatives, and ensuring timely achievement of project deliverables and disbursement-linked indicators (DLIs).
