Job Summary:
Responsible for driving insurance sales, developing business opportunities, and achieving revenue targets while ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve assigned sales and business targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase insurance business.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and business partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare business reports.
- Coordinate with insurance companies and internal teams for smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline .
- Experience in insurance sales and team management.
- Strong leadership, sales, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
