Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Costing
- Prepare and maintain product-wise cost sheets for automobile spare parts and hydraulic components.
- Perform standard costing, actual costing, and variance analysis.
- Calculate raw material, labor, machining, overhead, and conversion costs.
- Support quotation costing for new product development and customer RFQs.
BOM & Routing Verification
- Verify Bills of Materials (BOM) and production routings.
- Coordinate with production, design, and purchase departments for cost accuracy.
- Monitor material consumption and identify cost deviations.
Inventory & Material Cost Control
- Monitor inventory valuation of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
- Analyze scrap, rejection, and rework costs.
- Support stock audits and reconciliation activities.
- Track price fluctuations in raw materials and purchased components.
Manufacturing Cost Analysis
- Analyze machine hour rates, labor efficiency, and production overheads.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports related to manufacturing costs and profitability.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvements.
Budgeting & Reporting
- Assist in preparation of annual budgets and cost forecasts.
- Prepare variance reports comparing actual vs budgeted costs.
- Support month-end closing and financial reporting activities.
ERP & Documentation
- Maintain costing data in ERP systems.
- Ensure accuracy of master data related to costing and inventory.
- Maintain documentation for audits and management review.
Coordination & Compliance
- Coordinate with production, purchase, stores, quality, and finance teams.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Ensure compliance with company costing procedures and accounting standards.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
