About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Intern to join our team. This is a great opportunity for freshers who want to build practical experience in e-commerce operations, product management, online marketplaces, and digital sales.
The candidate will work closely with the team and gain hands-on exposure to day-to-day e-commerce activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing and updating e-commerce product listings
- Add and maintain product titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and other details
- Assist with order processing and inventory updates
- Monitor product listings and ensure accuracy
- Support marketplace operations and day-to-day e-commerce activities
- Conduct basic market and competitor research
- Assist in tracking product performance and sales data
- Coordinate with internal teams for product-related updates
- Help identify opportunities to improve product visibility and sales
- Maintain proper records and reports of e-commerce activities
Requirements
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Graduate or pursuing a degree in BBA, B.Com, MBA, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms is an advantage
- Candidates with knowledge of Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, Meesho, or other marketplaces will be preferred
