Job Title: Electrical Site Engineer – HVAC Projects

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Electrical Site Engineer with hands-on experience in HVAC project execution. The candidate will be responsible for managing on-site electrical works related to HVAC systems, ensuring quality installation, proper coordination, and timely project completion.
Key Responsibilities:
1. HVAC Electrical Execution:
- Execute electrical works for HVAC systems including VRV/VRF, Chillers, AHU, FCU, Ventilation systems
- Handle power cabling, control wiring, earthing, and panel connections for HVAC equipment
- Ensure proper installation as per approved drawings and project specifications
2. Site Supervision:
- Supervise day-to-day electrical site activities
- Ensure work is completed within project timelines
- Monitor manpower and contractor performance at site
3. Drawing & Technical Coordination:
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, SLDs, and HVAC layouts
- Coordinate with HVAC, mechanical, and civil teams for smooth execution
- Resolve technical issues at site
4. Quality & Safety Compliance:
- Ensure all installations meet quality standards and safety regulations
- Conduct inspections and testing of electrical systems
- Maintain compliance with site safety norms and procedures
5. Material & Inventory Management:
- Plan and track electrical materials required for HVAC execution
- Verify materials received at site and maintain proper records
- Ensure optimal utilization and avoid wastage
6. Testing & Commissioning:
- Assist in testing and commissioning of HVAC systems
- Ensure proper functioning of panels, controls, and BMS integration
- Troubleshoot issues during commissioning stage
7. Reporting & Documentation:
- Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR)
- Maintain site records, checklists, and documentation
- Assist in billing and measurement verification
Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
- Experience: 2–5 years in electrical site execution (HVAC projects preferred)
- Experience in commercial/industrial HVAC projects is an advantage
Key Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of HVAC electrical systems and site execution
- Understanding of panels, cabling, earthing, and control systems
- Ability to read technical drawings and layouts
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD
- Good communication and team coordination skills
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to work at the project site
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Flexible to work as per project requirements
