We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to manage our front desk and handle daily administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a welcoming personality.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors professionally
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Manage appointments and schedules
- Maintain visitor records and office files
- Handle emails and front desk coordination
- Support administrative and office tasks
- Ensure the reception area is clean and organized
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in English/Hindi/Marathi
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Excel)
- Presentable personality and positive attitude
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

- Front desk or customer service experience
- Professional behavior and etiquette

Pay: ₹8,619.57 - ₹24,008.27 per month
