Job Title:
PLC Programmer – Xinjie & Delta PLC
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced PLC Programmer with hands-on expertise in Xinjie and Delta PLCs to design, program, troubleshoot, and commission automation systems for industrial machinery and production equipment. The candidate should possess strong knowledge of PLC programming, HMI development, electrical control systems, and industrial communication protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, modify, and maintain PLC programs using Xinjie and Delta PLC software.
- Design and configure HMI/Touch Screen applications.
- Perform machine automation programming, debugging, and commissioning.
- Troubleshoot PLC, HMI, VFD, servo, and control panel issues.
- Integrate PLC systems with sensors, actuators, drives, and other field devices.
- Configure industrial communication protocols such as Modbus RTU/TCP, Ethernet, RS485, and CAN communication.
- Prepare electrical control logic, I/O mapping, and technical documentation.
- Conduct factory acceptance tests (FAT) and site acceptance tests (SAT).
- Support installation, startup, and commissioning activities at customer locations.
- Optimize machine performance and improve automation processes.
- Coordinate with electrical design, production, and maintenance teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Required Qualifications:
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience in PLC programming and industrial automation.
- Strong experience with Xinjie PLC and Delta PLC programming software.
- Knowledge of ladder logic, function block, and structured programming.
- Experience with Delta HMI (DOPSoft) and Xinjie HMI software.
- Familiarity with Delta VFDs, Servo Drives, and Motion Control systems.
- Understanding of electrical schematics and control panel wiring.

Pay: ₹15,217.73 - ₹35,382.58 per month
