We are seeking a Chartered Accountant (CA), qualified in the 1st or 2nd attempt, to handle a mix of IPO-related work and general financial advisory tasks. The role will include financial reporting, due diligence, valuation, and regulatory compliance, with a focus on supporting IPO transactions as well as broader financial projects.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist with IPO preparations, including financial documentation, filings, and compliance.

Conduct financial modeling, valuation, and analysis for various transactions.

Provide general financial advisory services, including tax planning and capital restructuring.

Ensure compliance with market regulations and manage audits.

Collaborate with external stakeholders on financial and regulatory matters.
Qualifications:

CA qualified (1st or 2nd attempt).

2-5 years of experience in financial advisory or investment banking, with exposure to IPOs.

Strong financial modeling, analytical, and communication skills.
