Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of food as per standard recipes
- Perform basic cutting, chopping, and ingredient preparation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
- Follow instructions from senior chefs (Commis II, CDP, Sous Chef)
- Ensure proper storage and labeling of food items
- Maintain hygiene and food safety standards at all times
- Support in receiving and storing kitchen supplies
- Help in minimizing wastage of food and ingredients
- Ensure all equipment is cleaned and handled properly
- Requirements & Skills
- Basic knowledge of cooking and kitchen operations
- Diploma / certification in Hotel Management or Culinary Arts (preferred)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and grow in the kitchen
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Basic understanding of hygiene and food safety practices
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
