We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Real Estate Sales Executive who will be responsible for generating leads, showing properties to clients, and closing sales. The candidate should have good communication skills and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through calls, networking, and marketing activities.
- Contact potential clients and understand their property requirements.
- Arrange property visits and site tours for buyers.
- Explain property features, pricing, and payment plans to clients.
- Follow up with interested customers and close sales.
- Maintain relationships with clients for future business and referrals.
- Keep records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams and management for deal closure.
Requirements
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of real estate market is a plus.
- Ability to work with sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Graduate or pursuing graduation (preferred).
