Job description
We are looking for site Supervisor having minimum 5years experience in residential Floor construction. Candidate should be well versed in structure, finishing and interior.
DUTIES& RESPONSIBILITY
- Execution of works as per design drawing, planning and schedule.
- Checking of all work at Site as per technical specification, drawing and BOQ Item.
- Erection of structure and finishing works.
- Supervision of all execution work at site.
- Planning, scheduling and monitoring of site related functions day- to- day at site
- Preparing and maintaining the progress records.
- Plan and erect the work as per the priority of time for Project.
- Maintain Quality and safety with work at site.
- Day-to-Day reporting of the work to the Project In charge.
- Dealing with Contractor as well as client and satisfying them to the proper work as per specification.
Site Engineer Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, or similar.
- Minimum 5 years’ Experience in a similar role.
- Sound knowledge of Engineering, construction, and design.
- Great leadership and organizational skills.
- Superb project management skills.
