Qualification:
B.E (Mechanical, EEE) or Any Graduate, MBA (Sales Marketing),
Knowledge of MEP system and mechanical equipment Understanding of HVAC, Firefighting, Plumbing, and Utility system.
Experience:
Must have at least minimum 0.6 month to 3 years’ experience as in Sales of HVAC.
Responsibility:
1. Sales Lead Generation through Company Social Site like India mart, Trade India, own Contacts Reference
2. Preparation of quotations Proposals and share with client as per their requirement.
3. Building positive relationship with customers.
4. Responsible for Targets Completion on weekly, monthly and yearly basis
5. MIS reporting Daily, Weekly monthly basis.
6. Closing deals, developing new accounts, ensuring repeat business from existing customers, and making a positive impact in a company.
7. Responsible for opening new accounts while understanding the needs of the customer and how to meet those needs.
9. Lead Generation & Sales: Generate and close new business leads for HVAC projects (VRF, Chillers, AHU) through networking and site visits.
10. Client Management: Build relationships with architects, builders, contractors, consultants, and developers.
11. Techno-Commercial Proposals: Prepare quotations, manage tendering, and negotiate contracts.
12. Project Coordination: Coordinate with internal technical and project teams to ensure smooth execution.

Pay: ₹11,298.04 - ₹35,000.00 per month
