Roles and Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day civil and finishing work activities at the project site.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project teams to maintain smooth progress.
- Review and interpret architectural and structural drawings to guide site execution.
- Conduct quality checks for workmanship, materials, and finishes.
- Monitor manpower deployment, productivity, and work schedules.
- Maintain daily site records including progress reports, measurements, and material tracking.
- Assist in preparing contractor bills and verification of site quantities.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and site discipline.
- Support site audits and client/consultant inspections.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in building construction and finishing works.
- Strong understanding of building codes, standard practices, and quality benchmarks.
- Ability to handle multiple finishing teams and contractors.
- Willingness to be stationed at project sites with flexible work schedules.
- Ability to manage fast-paced projects with multiple stakeholders
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
