Job DescriptionAbout the Role
Bandhoo Solutions and Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated Site Supervisor for our Mundra project location. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in RCC structure execution, including Sariya and Shuttering supervision, along with labor coordination and daily site management.
The candidate must be capable of independently managing execution activities and ensuring smooth site operations with quality and safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction and execution activities
- Handle RCC structure work including Sariya and Shuttering execution
- Coordinate with labor contractors and site workers
- Ensure quality execution as per drawings and timelines
- Maintain attendance records, daily reports, and site documentation
- Monitor material usage and workflow continuity
- Ensure site safety and discipline
- Share regular progress updates and execution reports with management
- Support billing and measurement-related activities
Candidate Requirements
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred
- Minimum 2–5 years of relevant construction experience
- Must have hands-on experience in:
- RCC Structure Work
- Sariya Work
- Shuttering Work
- Experience handling labor teams and contractors
- Basic MS Excel and reporting skills
- Strong coordination and execution capability
