Job Description – Business Development Executive (BDE)

Role Summary:
We are hiring Business Development Executives who will be responsible for lead generation, cold calling, email marketing, and client relationship management to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and qualify business leads
Conduct cold calls and follow-ups
Execute email marketing campaigns
Good knowledge of Sales Navigator
Maintain CRM and client data updates
Achieve assigned sales targets
Required Skills:
Good communication skills (English & Hindi)
Experience in lead generation, cold calling, and email marketing
Basic understanding of the sales process
Familiar with AI tools (preferred)
Target-oriented and disciplined approach
Ability to work in flexible shifts

Work Structure:
Currently, we have a hybrid working structure with 2 shifts:
Day Shift: Office-based (Ahmedabad)
Night Shift: Work From Home (based on performance and business requirements)
During the probation period, shift allocation will be decided based on your performance and business requirements. If you perform well and prefer a specific shift, we can consider moving you accordingly.
At this moment, we cannot commit to fully remote work, but the night shift does offer WFH flexibility.
Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
