We are seeking responsible, professional, and customer-focused drivers to operate fleet vehicles serving Technopark employees, visitors, and corporate clients. The driver will be responsible for safely transporting passengers, maintaining the assigned vehicle, and ensuring high service standards while maximizing trip earnings through efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate assigned fleet vehicle safely and in compliance with all traffic regulations.
- Provide courteous and professional service to passengers.
- Accept and complete trip requests through approved ride-hailing and fleet management platforms.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the vehicle at all times.
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections before commencing duty.
- Report any accidents, damages, or mechanical issues immediately.
- Ensure timely refueling and proper vehicle care.
- Maintain trip records and submit operational reports as required.
- Assist passengers with luggage when necessary.
- Adhere to company policies, fleet operational guidelines, and customer service standards.
- Keep all required driving and vehicle documents valid and available.
Eligibility Requirements
- Valid LMV Taxi Driving License.
- Minimum 1 year driving experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of Thiruvananthapuram city routes and Technopark area.
- Ability to use smartphone applications for trip management.
- Good communication skills in Malayalam; basic English knowledge preferred.
- Clean driving record and good conduct.
Compensation Structure
- The position is offered on a commission basis.
- Driver shall receive 25% of the eligible net trip income after deduction of approved operational expenses, including:
- Toll Charges
- Airport Parking Charges
- Other approved trip-related expenses
- Commission shall be calculated and settled as per the agreed payment cycle.
- No fixed monthly salary unless separately agreed in writing.
Working Hours
- Flexible shift-based operations.
- Drivers may be required to work during peak hours, weekends, holidays, and night shifts depending on fleet requirements.
