StudioNest Architects is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented BIM Intern to support our architectural and design teams in developing accurate digital building models and project documentation. This internship offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Building Information Modeling workflows and collaborate on real-world architectural projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating and managing digital building models for architectural projects.
- Support the preparation of drawings, layouts, schedules, and construction documentation.
- Coordinate model data with design and project teams to maintain accuracy and consistency.
- Help in project visualization, model updates, and design revisions.
- Participate in clash detection, quantity extraction, and project coordination processes.
- Maintain organized project files and BIM standards throughout the workflow.
- Collaborate with architects and designers to improve project efficiency and documentation quality.
Requirements:
- Basic understanding of Building Information Modeling (BIM) concepts and workflows.
- Knowledge of architectural drafting and 3D modeling principles.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a professional team environment.
