Job Overview
SLBS Marklance is seeking a dedicated and experienced Logistics Faculty to train and mentor students in Logistics and Supply Chain Management. The ideal candidate should possess strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching and student development.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging classroom and practical training sessions in Logistics and Supply Chain Management.
Prepare lesson plans, training materials, assignments, and assessments.
Guide students on warehousing, transportation, inventory management, procurement, and supply chain operations.
Monitor student progress and provide academic support.
Conduct evaluations, examinations, and project reviews.
Stay updated with current industry trends and incorporate them into training programs.
Support placement activities through interview preparation and career guidance.
Coordinate with the academic team to ensure effective course delivery.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Relevant industry certifications will be an added advantage.
Prior teaching, training, or logistics industry experience preferred.
Skills Required
Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain concepts.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage classroom sessions effectively.
Good organizational and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and online teaching tools.
Experience
1–3 years of teaching or industry experience in Logistics and Supply Chain Management preferred.
