Position Overview
Kaivalyadhama is seeking a proactive and responsible Executive – Operations (Facility Management) to oversee day-to-day facility and housekeeping operations, ensuring a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment for participants, guests, and staff. The role requires strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills to ensure seamless operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily facility management and housekeeping operations.

Coordinate check-in and check-out activities to ensure rooms are cleaned and ready for guest arrivals.

Supervise, train, and schedule housekeeping staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Monitor inventory of housekeeping supplies, equipment, and guest amenities, and ensure timely replenishment.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operational workflow.

Address participant and guest requests, concerns, and housekeeping-related issues promptly and professionally.

Maintain records of lost and found items and ensure appropriate follow-up.

Handle staff and participant grievances effectively and implement corrective actions where required.

Ensure compliance with cleanliness, safety, and operational standards.

Prepare operational reports and maintain relevant documentation.
Eligibility
-
Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Facility Management, or a related discipline.

2–5 years of relevant experience in facility management, housekeeping, hospitality, or operations.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Good organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting.
Additional Requirement

This is a residential position. The selected candidate must reside on the Kaivalyadhama campus and be available 24/7 to respond to operational emergencies and urgent facility-related requirements, whenever necessary.
