Job Description: Make outbound and receive inbound calls. Explain products and services to customers. Generate leads and convert them into sales. Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints. Maintain records of customer interactions. Follow up with existing and potential customers. Achieve daily or monthly call and sales targets. Maintain a professional and courteous attitude while communicating.
