Role Overview
The Tele Caller will be responsible for reaching out to prospective students and parents, introducing and scheduling counselling sessions. This role is crucial for lead generation and maintaining positive engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential students and parents to promote study at TIT College.
Handle inbound queries with professionalism and provide accurate information.
Schedule appointments for counselling sessions and follow up on leads.
Maintain records of calls, leads, and conversions in systems or CRM.
Achieve daily/weekly targets for calls and conversions.
Collaborate with counsellors and the team to maximize student enrollments.
Provide feedback from calls to improve outreach strategies.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum high school diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Prior experience in Telecalling, Customer Service, or sales is an advantage Fresher are also apply.
Persuasive, confident, and target-driven attitude.
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with office tools.
