Unipath Specialty Laboratory is a leading diagnostic laboratory committed to delivering high-quality, accurate, and timely diagnostic services. We are seeking an energetic and result-oriented sales professional to expand our routine diagnostics business in Surat and surrounding areas.
Position Summary
The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and generating business for Unipath's routine diagnostic testing services by developing strong relationships with healthcare professionals, clinics, hospitals, nursing homes, and other healthcare stakeholders. The role requires a candidate with prior experience in diagnostic laboratory sales and a strong understanding of routine pathology services.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate business for routine diagnostic testing services across assigned territories.
- Develop and maintain relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, nursing homes, and healthcare centers.
- Identify new business opportunities and onboard referral partners.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct regular field visits to healthcare providers and referral sources.
- Promote Unipath's routine pathology and diagnostic service portfolio.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Ensure timely collection of customer feedback and coordinate with operations for service excellence.
- Prepare daily call reports, sales reports, and territory performance updates.
- Support marketing initiatives, CMEs, health camps, and promotional activities.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, or any relevant field.
- 1–6 years of experience in diagnostic laboratory sales, pathology sales, or healthcare services sales.
- Strong network among doctors, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare practitioners in Surat.
- Good communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve targets.
- Knowledge of routine pathology and diagnostic services is mandatory.
- Candidate must possess a valid driving license and be willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Preferred Experience
- Experience working with diagnostic laboratories, pathology chains, or healthcare service providers.
- Existing relationships with physicians, clinics, and hospitals in Surat and nearby regions.
- Proven track record of achieving sales and business development targets.
