We are looking for an AI Engineer who is passionate about building intelligent systems that solve complex compliance challenges and deliver measurable value to enterprise customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy AI-powered features that automate compliance and regulatory workflows.
- Develop and optimize applications using Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, and document intelligence.
- Build scalable backend services and APIs to support AI-driven products.
- Develop intelligent document processing pipelines for policies, contracts, audit reports, regulatory guidance, and compliance evidence.
- Improve prompt engineering, model evaluation, and response quality for high-accuracy outputs.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and compliance teams to translate regulatory requirements into AI solutions.
- Monitor AI system performance, reliability, security, and cost efficiency.
- Implement guardrails, validation, and human-in-the-loop workflows for sensitive compliance use cases.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of software engineering experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Experience building applications with LLM APIs and AI frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and prompt engineering.
- Experience developing REST APIs and backend systems.
- Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience with Docker, Git, and CI/CD workflows.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building enterprise AI applications.
- Knowledge of compliance, governance, risk management, or regulatory technology (RegTech).
- Experience with intelligent document processing and OCR pipelines.
- Familiarity with model evaluation, AI observability, and automated testing.
- Understanding of security, privacy, and responsible AI practices.
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar AI orchestration frameworks.
- Experience working with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant, or Milvus.
