Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to drive sales growth.
- Conduct on-site visits to client locations to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Utilize ERP systems effectively to manage sales processes, track orders, and monitor client interactions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential customers.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements aligning with company policies and client expectations.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to optimize customer satisfaction and service delivery.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
- Report regularly on sales metrics, forecasts, and performance to senior management.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience in field sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong knowledge and practical experience with ERP software and its application in sales processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently while handling multiple client accounts.
- Proficiency in preparing sales reports, presentations, and proposals.
- Willingness to travel frequently to client sites as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to understand complex customer requirements and develop customized solutions.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
