Job Description:
We are looking for an organized and proactive Admin Executive to join our school in Chembur. The candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day administrative operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of the school office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage school administration and office operations.
- Handle student records, documentation, and filing.
- Coordinate with teachers, parents, and vendors.
- Manage correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
- Maintain attendance and administrative reports.
- Assist in organizing school events and meetings.
- Support the Principal and management with administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of administrative experience (school experience preferred).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
