Designation: Assistant Manager – Back Office
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day back-office operations and administrative activities.
- Coordinate with various departments for smooth business operations.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports, records, and documentation.
- Monitor and track orders, quotations, invoices, and customer correspondence.
- Support management in data analysis, reporting, and decision-making.
- Ensure timely preparation and submission of reports and documents.
- Maintain accurate records of contracts, vendor documents, and company data.
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams for operational support.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and documentation standards.
- Support process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
