International Voice Process Role: Trainee Process Consultant
Shifts: Rotational - Night Shifts (5-Day Work Week)

Key Responsibilities:
- Global Support: Handle calls for international clients (US/UK/AU).
- Issue Resolution: Handle customer inquiries through voice calls in a professional manner.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues related to hardware, software, internet connectivity, and applications.
- Provide step-by-step guidance to customers for issue resolution.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate support teams.
- Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Meet quality standards, productivity timelines and customer satisfaction metrics.
Requirements:
- Communication: Excellent spoken English with a neutral accent.
- Education: Graduate or PUC completed
- Skills: Strong active listening and basic computer literacy.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,500.00 per month
