Your role at a glance
- Checks that all maintenance and repairs requests received within the office environment and related buildings are carried out in line with the service level agreement.
- Provides support with the distribution of and response to all service requests related to the facilities.
- Checks that daily building inspections and ensures that all work undertaken conforms to the Health and Safety Act.
- Documents and reports on in progress, new and/or completed maintenance, and repair requests to management.
- Checks that all maintenance and repairs requests received within the office environment and related buildings are carried out in line with the service level agreement.
- Provides support with the distribution of and response to all service requests related to the facilities.
- Checks that daily building inspections and ensures that all work undertaken conforms to the Health and Safety Act.
- Documents and reports on in progress, new and/or completed maintenance, and repair requests to management.
- Coordinates routine maintenance and repairs schedule.
- Provides support with ensuring that the tasks are completed according to the schedule and updates and maintains the maintenance database.
- Ensures that buildings, offices and equipment are maintained to the required standards and that service levels are met.
- Provides support to ensure that all office facilities, tools, equipment, and stock (office consumable) levels are maintained and securely stored.
- Liaises with all internal and external stakeholders including building services management, security, and access control and cleaning staff.
- Escalates non-performance of internal and external stakeholders to the management.
- Checks all contractor documentation and maintains records such as permits, leases and correspondence on behalf of the business.
- Provides team lead support to more junior resources within the team.

- Academic Qualifications and Certifications:
- High school certificate.
- Relevant vocational training.
- Required experience:
- Significant demonstrated experience gained in a similar role and preferably a related work environment.
- Significant team leader experience preferred.
