Role and Skill: Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant

Education:
- Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)
- Non-technical graduation in finance & accounts stream- B.Com, M.Com or similar
Key Responsibilities:
- Validate integration of all data feeds before starting the month-end process; escalate issues via the Client CIO or escalation distribution list (EDL).
- Review Data Lake outputs for mismatches with GL and resolve recurring deficiencies.
- Support regression testing for Oracle quarterly/monthly patches, prioritizing tasks per Client guidance.
- Strong knowledge of month-end close processes
- Hands-on experience with Oracle SaaS ( OIC, ODI, EDMCS, ARCS, FCCS, AHCS, AFCS
- Hands-on Oracle configurations, CVRs, ADFDI & FBDI error handing,
- Hands on OTBI, BIP & FRC report creation, modification and troubleshoot
- Understanding of General Ledger, intercompany processes, and Treasury reconciliations.
- Approval workflow maintenance in BPM
- Ability to manage escalations and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with large datasets (Data Lake).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in financial operations within a global organization.
- Knowledge of regulatory reporting and audit support.
- Exposure to system testing and patch management.
