Job Description: Site Supervisor cum Project Manager
Location: Site-based / Field Operations
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Site Supervisor cum Project Manager to oversee our construction projects from start to finish. This role requires a perfect blend of technical site supervision and administrative project management to ensure that construction is executed as per the plan, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Site Supervision: Monitor daily construction activities on-site to ensure work aligns with architectural drawings and structural specifications.
- Labor Management: Supervise and coordinate with contractors, masons, and laborers to maintain productivity and site discipline.
- Project Scheduling: Develop and manage project timelines to ensure milestones are achieved without delays.
- Quality & Safety Control: Maintain strict quality control for materials and workmanship. Ensure all safety protocols are followed on-site.
- Material Management: Coordinate material procurement and monitor on-site inventory to prevent wastage or shortages.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit Daily Progress Reports (DPR) to the management regarding site status and any challenges faced.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Proven experience in residential or commercial construction supervision.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to manage on-site teams and vendors.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle technical issues at the site level.
