Business Development Executive (Online Bidder)
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive with 2+ years of proven expertise in handling freelance platforms and international client acquisition. The role focuses on bidding, converting leads, and generating consistent business through Upwork and Fiverr by selling digital services such as IT, design, marketing, or related solutions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Generate business through online bidding platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, etc.
- Identify potential clients and submit proposals for projects.
- Communicate with clients to understand their requirements.
- Coordinate with the technical and creative teams for project discussions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Prepare project estimates, proposals, and presentations.
- Maintain records of bids, proposals, and client communications.
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of IT services, digital marketing, or web/app development.
- Experience with online bidding platforms is preferred.
- Ability to write professional proposals and emails.
- Strong negotiation and client-handling skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented attitude.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
