Senior Accountant — QSR Finance
Location: Marol, Andheri (E), Mumbai | 6 days working
We're looking for an experienced, detail-driven Senior Accountant to lead key finance functions for the Seoul Dak finance team. This role requires mandatory QSR industry experience — you should be comfortable with the volume, pace, and multi-channel complexity of a fast-growing restaurant business, and ready to take ownership of processes rather than just execute them.
Who We're Looking For
CA Dropout, Inter-CA, or Graduate with strong CA firm/articleship experience and proven post-qualification accounting exposure.
Key Requirements
- 4–7 years of accounting experience, with mandatory QSR industry background
- Proven ownership of delivery partner reconciliation and receivables management, including dispute resolution and variance analysis
- Strong working knowledge of GST and TDS compliance, including return filing and audit support
- Experience reviewing and validating team-level accounting entries, invoicing, and payment processing
- Ability to independently prepare and present monthly financial reports (Ageing, Collections, MIS) to leadership
- Comfortable working with minimal supervision and managing month-end close timelines
What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end QSR receivables management and delivery partner reconciliation across platforms
- Review and approve daily accounting entries, invoicing, and payment processing
- Ensure full GST and TDS compliance, including filings, reconciliations, and coordination with auditors/consultants
- Drive monthly financial reporting — Ageing analysis, Collection summaries, and variance commentary for management review
- Identify process gaps in reconciliation and receivables workflows and implement improvements
