Job Summary
The Consultant Histopathologist will be responsible for reporting and validation of Histopathology and Cytopathology cases, maintaining quality standards, ensuring timely report release, and supporting laboratory operations in compliance with NABL/CAP guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Reporting and validation of Histopathology, Cytopathology, and IHC cases.
- Ensure accuracy and quality of diagnostic reports.
- Maintain turnaround time (TAT) for all assigned cases.
- Implement and monitor IQC/EQC quality procedures.
- Review slides and provide diagnostic interpretations.
- Handle technical queries related to pathology reporting.
- Ensure compliance with NABL, CAP, ISO, and internal SOPs.
- Support audit preparedness and documentation activities.
- Coordinate with lab technicians and operational teams.
- Participate in departmental training and academic activities.
- Monitor quality assurance and proficiency testing systems.
- Maintain proper documentation and reporting discipline.
Qualification
- MBBS with MD/DNB Pathology
- DCP candidates may be considered depending on experience.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per day
