Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Machine Mechanic for our garment manufacturing unit. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing sewing and production machines to ensure smooth and continuous operations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance of sewing and textile machinery
- Identify and troubleshoot mechanical issues and breakdowns
- Carry out timely repairs to minimize production downtime
- Install and set up new machines and equipment
- Monitor machine performance and ensure optimal efficiency
- Maintain maintenance logs and records
- Coordinate with production team for smooth workflow
- Ensure safety standards are followed while handling machines
- Manage spare parts and tools inventory
Machines Exposure:
- Single Needle Machines
- Overlock Machines
- Flatlock Machines
- Buttonhole & Button Stitch Machines
- Fabric Cutting Machines
Requirements:
- Experience: 3 to 8 years in garment/textile industry
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical
- Strong troubleshooting and technical skills
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
