Job Title: Plastic Product Design Engineer – Interior Trims
Experience: 2-8 yrs
Notice Period : Required immediate joiner OR 15 Days

Location: Baner /Bhavdhan
Job Responsibilities- Design and develop automotive interior plastic components using CAD software (CATIA V5 or NX).-
Work on components such as Door Trim, Instrument Panel, Center Console, Pillar Trim, Headliner, and other interior trim parts.-
Prepare 3D models and 2D manufacturing drawings.- Perform design reviews and ensure tooling feasibility.-
Apply GD&T principles in product design.-
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, quality, and suppliers.- Support product development from concept to SOP (Start of Production).
Required Skills- Hands-on experience in Plastic Product Design.- Proficiency in CATIA V5 or NX.-
Experience with automotive interior trim components.- Knowledge of Injection Molding, DFM, DFMEA, GD&T, APQP, and PPAP.-
Experience working with an OEM or Tier-1 automotive supplier is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Automobile Engineering.-
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
