Key Responsibilities:
1. Implement and monitor EHS policies across façade fabrication and installation activities.
2. Conduct daily site safety inspections and toolbox talks.
3. Prepare and maintain HIRA, JSA, Risk Assessment and Method Statements.
4. Ensure compliance with client safety requirements and statutory regulations.
5. Monitor scaffolding, gondola, boom lift and working-at-height activities.
6. Conduct safety induction for new employees, subcontractors and visitors.
7. Maintain records of permits, incident reports, training and audits.
8. Investigate near misses, incidents and accidents and recommend corrective actions.
9. Ensure proper use of PPE and safety equipment by all personnel.
10. Coordinate emergency response drills and first-aid arrangements.
11. Monitor façade material handling, lifting operations and unloading activities.
12. Liaise with client safety teams and attend safety review meetings.
13. Conduct weekly and monthly safety audits and compliance reporting.
14. Ensure housekeeping standards are maintained at fabrication yards and project sites.
15. Support project teams in achieving zero-incident safety performance.
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in Safety Engineering or Industrial Safety.
- Safety Certification preferred (NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, ADIS etc.).
- Experience in façade, glazing or high-rise construction projects preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
