Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Interior Residential SIte Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing multiple residential interior design projects from conception to completion. This role requires strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for interior design.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and budget for each project.
- Develop project timelines, schedules, and budgets, and ensure adherence to deadlines and financial constraints.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and subcontractors to procure materials, furniture, and accessories.
- Oversee the installation and implementation of design plans, ensuring quality and accuracy.
- Conduct site visits to assess project progress, address any issues or concerns, and provide solutions as needed.
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and address any questions or concerns.
- Maintain thorough documentation of project details, including contracts, invoices, and change orders.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, products, and best practices to continually improve project outcomes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- Proven experience in residential interior design project management & supervision.
- Strong knowledge of interior design principles, materials, and construction techniques.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (Autocad , Sketchup).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work effectively under pressure.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.

As a Project Executive , you will be responsible for the following:
- Start to end project execution as per drawings with quality & within time
- Visit projects daily and share DPR with all stakeholders
- Create weekly schedule and align vendor for resource allocation
- Quality monitoring as per standards and specifications
- Identify issues and debottleneck for smooth project execution
- Coordinate and manage stakeholders
- 100% adherence to internal Livspace processes
- Keeping record for all site work
Key output
- Project completion within time and top quality standards
- Customer Overall CSAT Score
Qualification & Experience
- Degree/Diploma in civil engineering, architecture, interior designing
- 0-3 years Experience in interior project execution is a plus
- People with site execution experience in premium projects, hotel projects, luxury studios are preferred
Other requirements
- Eye for quality is a must
- Should be able to read and plan work from the schedule
- Must have own 2 wheeler for site travel
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
