Job Summary:
The Academic Counsellor is responsible for counselling the potential students to get them enrolled for the appropriate courses they are eligible to get. Alongside, driving individual and team sales target. and fostering relationships with the potential students. This role involves understanding the unique needs of students, promoting educational products and services, and delivering solutions that enhance learning outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, an understanding of educational products, and excellent interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Development:
- Identify potential candidates from relevant data and counsel them to get them enrolled.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and students’ needs.
- Product Knowledge:
- Gain a deep understanding of the products and services offered by the company.
- Stay updated on industry trends, educational standards, and competitor offerings.
- Sales Reporting and Analysis:
- Track sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline progress using CRM software.
- Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement.
- Prepare and deliver regular sales reports to management.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Coordinate with the content development team to provide feedback from clients and suggest improvements.
- Training and Development:
- Attend training sessions and workshops to stay informed about new products and sales techniques.
- Share best practices and insights with colleagues to enhance team performance.

- Show genuine interest in their success and well-being.
Pay: ₹10,707.01 - ₹40,000.21 per month
