Shift Executive – Production
Department: Production | Location: Chakan, Pune | CTC: 4–5 LPA
ROLE OVERVIEW
Kingfa Science & Technology is seeking driven and detail-oriented Shift Executives to join its
Production team at the Chakan, Pune facility. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing
day-to-day shift operations, ensuring output targets are met, and upholding the highest standards
of quality, safety, and compliance. This is an excellent opportunity for BE graduates (freshers or up
to 1 year of experience) looking to build a career in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage daily production operations during assigned shifts to ensure smooth and efficient
output.
- Coordinate with Planning (PPC) and execution teams to achieve daily and weekly shift
production targets while minimising machine downtime.
- Execute job changeovers, equipment setup, and start-up procedures in accordance with
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure accurate documentation of process log sheets, batch records, and start-up checklists
in compliance with ISO and plant standards.
- Allocate manpower effectively and lead a team of operators and supervisors to maximise
productivity.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless plant operations.
- Evaluate shift employee performance, monitor attendance, and report directly to the
Department Head.
- Maintain 5S, Kaizen initiatives, and overall shop floor cleanliness standards.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Academic & Professional
- Bachelor of Engineering (BE) – any (Mechanical, Production, Chemical, or related
preferred).
- 0–1 year of experience; freshers are welcome to apply.
Age & Other Criteria
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Good communication and team leadership abilities.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
