About the Role:
We are looking for a Graduate Engineer Trainee to join our Services Department. The role involves coordinating service activities, supporting service operations, communicating with service personnel and customers, and ensuring timely completion of assigned activities.
The candidate will receive on-the-job training in our products, service processes and operating systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and follow up on service activities.
- Plan and track service visits and assigned jobs.
- Coordinate with service personnel for timely execution.
- Monitor pending activities and ensure timely closure.
- Coordinate with customers regarding service schedules and requirements.
- Review service reports and ensure timely submission of required information.
- Support resolution and escalation of service-related issues.
- Maintain service records and update internal systems.
- Coordinate with other departments for service-related requirements.
- Develop technical knowledge of the company's products and applications.
What We Are Looking For
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Comfortable working with Excel and computer-based systems.
- Willingness to learn technical products and service processes.
- Strong follow-up and execution discipline.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
- Freshers are welcome; candidates with 0–2 years of relevant experience may also apply.
