Job Summary:
The Field Helper will assist laboratory and field staff in sample collection, material handling, site support activities, and basic laboratory-related work. The role involves supporting field operations, carrying equipment, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring timely assistance during testing and inspection activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist lab staff and field executives during sample collection activities.
- Carry and handle laboratory instruments, testing kits, and materials safely.
- Support field visits at plant, site, vessel, warehouse, or customer locations.
- Help in loading/unloading sample containers and equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of laboratory tools, sample containers, and working areas.
- Assist in labelling, packing, and shifting of samples.
- Follow safety procedures and use PPE during field activities.
- Support documentation and movement of reports/files when required.
- Inform seniors about any damaged equipment or safety concerns.
- Assist in other operational and laboratory support activities assigned by management.
Required Skills:
- Basic communication and understanding skills.
- Ability to work in field and industrial environments.
- Physically fit for lifting and movement activities.
- Discipline and willingness to learn.
Qualification:
- Minimum: 8th / 10th Pass.
Experience:
- Fresher or 1–2 years of experience in field/helper/lab support work.
- Industrial or laboratory experience preferred.
Working Conditions:
- Field and laboratory working environment.
- May require travel to sites, plants, ports, warehouses, or customer locations.
- Flexible working hours depending on operational requirements.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
