Key Responsibilities:
- Provide voice support to travel customers, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
- Assist with flight bookings, rescheduling, cancellations, Fare Rule Categories, and refund[1]related queries etc.
- Adhere to company protocols, ensuring quality service delivery.
- Collaborate with team leads, SMEs, and support staff to meet performance targets.
- Uphold confidentiality and compliance standards.
- KRA- Assist customers with flight bookings, rescheduling, cancellations, Fare Rule Categories,
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
