Key Responsibilities Team Building: Recruit, train, and enable a dedicated team of Financial Consultants (Agents). Sales Leadership: Drive the team to achieve specific sales targets and business goals. Market Engagement: Join Financial Consultants in meetings with prospective customers to sell insurance solutions. Operational Excellence: Ensure high quality of business and persistency (policy renewals). Support: Provide comprehensive pre- and post-sales support to both consultants and customers. Digital Adoption: Empower Financial Consultants to effectively use the latest digital platforms for business growth. Candidate Profile Education: Must be a Graduate. Experience: Minimum 1+ years of experience in sales. Age: Between 22 to 42 years. Skills: Strong communication skills and a "go-getter" attitude. Personality: Pleasant personality with a genuine passion for meeting sales targets and overcoming challenges.
