Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive from the Sports Industry background. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound leads, nurturing prospects, maintaining CRM records, and converting inquiries into successful business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to inbound leads via phone calls, emails, and chat.
- Follow up with prospective clients and drive lead conversions.
- Maintain and update CRM data accurately for effective lead management.
- Explain products and services clearly to potential customers.
- Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent client support.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close sales deals.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, or Sales.
- Experience in the Sports Industry is mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong negotiation, convincing, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Preferred Background
Candidates from Sports Academies, Sports Management Companies, Fitness & Sports Training Organizations, Sports Events, Sports Equipment, Sports Education, or related Sports Businesses will be preferred.
