We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead the quality function and ensure products meet customer, internal, and regulatory standards including ISO 9001 and IATF 16949. This role will drive quality strategy, continuous improvement, compliance, and customer satisfaction across manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute quality strategy aligned with business goals.
- Manage KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead PPAP, product transfers, technical qualifications, and ramp-ups.
- Oversee internal/external audits, supplier audits, and certifications.
- Handle customer complaints through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Implement process controls, SOPs, QC tools, and risk management systems.
- Monitor COPQ, customer claims cost, and improve process efficiency.
- Lead and develop quality, technical, and lab teams.
- Collaborate with global leadership on quality and manufacturing initiatives.
Requirements:
- Engineering Graduate (Mechanical / Automotive / related field preferred).
- 15+ years in Quality Management with 8+ years in plant leadership.
- Experience in automotive ancillary, tool manufacturing, ball manufacturing, or similar industries.
- Strong knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, OEM requirements.
- Expertise in FMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D, 5 Whys, Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt preferred).
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
