Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and responsible HR Manager who can independently manage the entire employee lifecycle and end-to-end HR operations of the company.
The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, employee records, statutory compliance, performance management, employee engagement, HR policies, disciplinary matters and day-to-day HR administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for all departments, including:
- Preparing Job Descriptions
- Posting vacancies on job portals
- Screening CVs
- Conducting initial interviews
- Coordinating final interviews
- Salary negotiation
- Offer letter issuance
- Joining and onboarding
- Manage the complete employee onboarding and exit process, including documentation, induction, confirmation, resignation, full & final settlement and relieving letters.
- Maintain and monitor daily attendance, late coming, leaves, weekly offs, overtime and absenteeism.
- Prepare monthly salary and payroll inputs, including attendance, incentives, deductions, overtime, reimbursements and other adjustments.
- Maintain employee salary structures, increments, promotions and compensation records.

- Professional Tax
- Labour Laws
- Minimum Wages
- Bonus
- Gratuity
- Leave and attendance regulations
- Other applicable statutory HR compliances
- Coordinate with consultants, accountants and management for statutory filings and compliance documentation.
- Maintain complete employee files, HR MIS and employee database.
- Draft and issue HR documents such as:
- Offer Letters
- Appointment Letters
- Confirmation Letters
- Increment Letters
- Warning / Show Cause Letters
- Experience Letters
- Relieving Letters
- HR Policies and Circulars
- Develop, implement and monitor HR policies, SOPs and company rules.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters and workplace conflicts professionally.
- Conduct performance reviews, appraisal processes and KPI monitoring in coordination with department heads.
- Monitor employee productivity, behaviour, discipline and organisational culture.
- Plan employee engagement, training and development activities.
- Track manpower requirements and prepare recruitment plans as per business requirements.
- Ensure proper HR compliance at office as well as project/site locations, wherever applicable.

- Attrition
- Salary
- Leave
- Performance
- Compliance status
- Work closely with management and act as the single point of responsibility for all HR-related matters.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate / MBA or PGDM in Human Resources preferred.
- 3–6 years of relevant HR experience, preferably handling HR independently.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll, attendance and statutory compliance.
- Good understanding of PF, ESI, Professional Tax and applicable labour laws.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and HR/Payroll software.
- Ability to handle confidential employee information responsibly.
- Strong follow-up, documentation and organisational skills.
- Should be proactive, disciplined and capable of working independently.
Preferred Candidate
We prefer someone who has previously worked as a Generalist HR / HR Manager and handled the entire HR department independently, rather than someone specialised only in recruitment.
The candidate should be comfortable taking complete ownership of Recruitment → Joining → Attendance → Payroll → Compliance → Performance → Employee Relations → Exit.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
