Vehicle Delivery Management
- Coordinate daily vehicle delivery schedules with the sales team.
- Ensure vehicles are cleaned, inspected, and ready before delivery.
- Verify vehicle readiness, including PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) completion.
- Coordinate with stockyard and service departments for vehicle preparation.
Documentation & Compliance
- Verify customer documents required for registration and delivery.
- Ensure all sales, insurance, finance, and registration documents are completed accurately.
- Maintain delivery files and records as per company standards.
- Ensure compliance with dealership and manufacturer guidelines.
Customer Coordination
- Contact customers and confirm delivery dates and timings.
- Explain vehicle features, warranty details, service schedules, and maintenance requirements during delivery.
- Address customer queries and concerns professionally.
- Ensure a memorable and positive customer delivery experience.
Internal Coordination
- Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Insurance, RTO, Accessories, and Service departments.
- Follow up on pending approvals and documentation to avoid delivery delays.
- Ensure accessories and additional customer requirements are fitted before delivery.
Delivery Event Management
- Arrange vehicle delivery ceremonies and customer handovers.
- Ensure photographs and customer feedback are collected during delivery.
- Support dealership promotional delivery activities and events.
Reporting & MIS
- Maintain delivery reports and daily delivery trackers.
- Update delivery status in DMS/CRM systems.
- Submit periodic reports to management regarding vehicle deliveries and pending cases.
Qualifications
- Any Graduate / Diploma.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, DMS/CRM software).
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in automobile dealership operations, sales coordination, or customer service.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also be considered.
