Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled Service Engineer to join our team. The role involves installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial engines and equipment at customer sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, commission, inspect, and maintain engines and mechanical equipment at customer locations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Perform preventive and scheduled maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and performance.
- Provide technical support and operational guidance to customers on equipment usage and maintenance.
- Prepare detailed service reports, maintenance records, and documentation after each service visit.
- Coordinate with internal departments for spare parts, technical support, and warranty-related requirements.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company service procedures during all field activities.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships by delivering professional service.
Candidate Requirements:
- ITI/Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Automobile Engineering, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in field service, maintenance, or equipment support (Freshers with relevant technical knowledge are encouraged to apply).
