Job Summary
The Group HR Head is responsible for leading the human resources function across the organization, aligning HR strategies with business objectives, and driving workforce excellence. This role oversees talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, compensation and benefits, organizational development, leadership succession, HR compliance, and culture transformation across multiple business units within the IT infrastructure sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategies that support organizational growth and business goals.
- Lead talent acquisition initiatives to attract and retain high-performing professionals in IT infrastructure and technology domains.
- Drive performance management, career development, and succession planning programs.
- Oversee compensation, benefits, and rewards frameworks to ensure market competitiveness.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and corporate governance requirements.
- Champion employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, and workplace culture initiatives.
- Partner with senior leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management.
- Utilize HR analytics and metrics to support strategic decision-making.
- Manage HR budgets, policies, systems, and processes across the group.
