- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in OpenText ECM Tools.
- Strong knowledge of application design principles and software configuration techniques.
- Experience in integrating enterprise content management solutions with existing business systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to content management applications.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Competence in collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality software products.
